Yoga and Psychotherapy
Many people are afraid of dealing with their past trauma and I understand that. I have techniques that will allow us to work on trauma without too much talking or having to "go there".
As a registered yoga teacher and psychotherapist, I've blended yoga and psychotherapy to help clients with stabilization and trauma treatment. No flexibility or physical postures required! I use mantra, meditation and mudras along with trauma processing. The results are symptom reduction and an increase in gratitude and contentment. If you like to do the physical poses, we can do yoga postures as well as work on anxiety, depression, trauma and addiction. Sessions will be tailored to suit your specific needs.
